下载器不能使用，并且导致不能登陆RFI官方网站

大家好，我使用该下载器，发生了以下问题，请问能告诉我解决办法吗？
1） 下载器使用了大约8天，就不能使用了，出现了以下的错误信息。（见最下面）
2） 我先是用IE7的浏览器，在不能使用下载器的同时，RFI的官方网站也不能看了，提示是没有办法找到相关网络。
3）我更新了IE7到IE8版本，这个时候就可以登陆RFI官方网站了。我再次尝试使用下载器，当下载了文字材料以后，又出现了以下的错误信息。最终MP3下载不了。同时我再尝试登陆RFI网站，这个时候也登陆不了了。
4）我尝试重新使用IE7, 卸载了IE8，但是也登陆不了RFI网站。
5）现在，不管我是用IE7还是IE8,我都登陆不了RFI网站，和用不了下载器了。（我电脑是VISTA系统）
我用其他电脑尝试了第二天，暂时网站和下载器都可以使用的。

请问：
1） 怎样才能登陆RFI网站？
2）怎样才能使用下载器呢？
请多多指教！

可能因为种种原因 rfi 网站在大陆不能访问了，因此软件也就不能使用了，只有等到解封以后才行。
这个问题我们目前也没有办法。

楼上，不好意思，你说RFI网站在大陆不能访问，这是错的。
因为我同一时间，在旁边的电脑上面登录这个网站，是完全没有问题的。（我桌上就有两台电脑）
